Prof Razelle Kurzrock speaks to ecancer at the WIN 2019 Symposium in Paris about the WINTHER trial, which incorporates genomics and transcriptomics to match patients with the most effective drugs.
She summarises the main findings achieved from the trial so far, which include the significance of the RNA data collected in both normal and tumour tissue and the ambiguity that exists when matching patients to the most appropriate drug.
Prof Kurzrock also mentions additional studies that stood out to her from the conference.
