New drug anamorelin shows improvement in appetite and body mass in non-small cell lung cancer with cancer anorexia-cachexia

At a press conference at ESMO 2014, Prof Currow presents the data from a phase III trial which showed that anamorelin improved appetite and body mass in patients with advanced lung cancer who were suffering with cancer anorexia and cachexia.
