Professor Elkhouly graduated from Menoufia Faculty of Medicine, Egypt, in 1999. She obtained her Masters in
Clinical Oncology in 2005 and MD of Clinical Oncology in 2009.  She became Assistant Professor
of Clinical Oncology in 2015 and has been Professor of Clinical Oncology since 2021.

Professor Elkhouly is a member of ESMO and ESTRO. She is a driven health care professional, with a focus on Breast-Gyne-Oncology and Radiotherapy (External Beam & Brachytherapy). She was the former manager of Menoufia Clinical Oncology Hospital and Former Vice Dean for education & students of Menoufia Applied medical science faculty. She has extensive experience in Clinical research in the field of Cancer diagnosis and therapy, radiotherapy, brachytherapy, nuclear medicine, radiation physics, and medical education.
