Dr Mauricio Magalhães Costa is a breast cancer surgeon. He obtained his MSc and PhD at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is co-ordinator of the Breast Center of the Americas Centro de Oncologia Integrada – Rio de Janeiro and a member of the National Academy of Medicine Brazil. He is President of Senologic International Society (2019-2020) and has been member of the Council of International Gynecologic Cancer Society (2016-2020).
