While the pandemic has had a profound impact on access to and delivery of health care by all services, it has been particularly disruptive for the care of patients with life-threatening noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) such as the treatment of children and young people with cancer.
In this interview she talks about all the problems being faced by paediatric oncology in the light of the current pandemic situation and what are the solutions to it. She mentions suggestions by the WHO on how to solve these issues.
