Prof David Weller spoke to ecancer at the UICC World Cancer Congress in Kuala Lumpur about cervical screening in poor communities.

They are adopting an approach using mobile phones to record data about the patients, which would overcome a lot of the difficulties surrounding a lack of centralised data handling in these areas.
