Prof Ellen Kampman spoke to ecancer at the UICC World Cancer Congress in Kuala Lumpur about nutrition and cancer in low and middle income countries.

She outlines the similarities and differences between Western cancer trends, and cancer occurrence in low and middle income countries, with one primary driver is believed to be obesity.

Prof Kampman discusses the importance of training and learning, and introduces her online course and masterclass.

Further to this she outlines some of the difficulties involved with this topic, and how they could be overcome.
