Dr Orduz speaks with ecancertv at the ecancer Colombian Cancer Congress about the process and prognosis of monoclonal gammopathies.

Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) precedes myeloma proliferation, though only 1 in 100 cases develops into cancer, and Dr Orduz encourages vigilance in reaching an early diagnosis.

MGUS was discussed further by Dr Mateos at ICMM 2016.
