The Personalized Medicine project is a 4 year long collaborative effort aimed at developing innovative tools to create support and sustain new knowledge with the purpose of overcoming current healthcare and clinical research problems to pave the way for the patient's needs for individualised treatment. This project is co-funded under the European Community’s 7th Framework Programme.
ecancer's aim within this project is to provide educational resources so that other healthcare professionals and the general public can be informed of the exciting new tools available.
The p-medicine Ontology Annotator Tool ensures that the sources of information collected from different sources such as biomedical databases and patient health records can be easily and effectively searched.
