Prof Richard Sullivan talks to ecancer at the 2013 European Cancer Congress in Amsterdam about the launch of the Institute of Cancer Policy.

The ICP is a new initiative addressing cancer policy and global public health. The institute will bring together specialists from inside and outside the field of oncology to look at the problems of health economics and the state of cancer research and drug development.
