Head and neck cancer ranks as the most common cancer at Baco Medical Centre, followed by breast cancer. In recent years, there has been a rise in breast cancer cases amongst patients under 40. The most common cancer type is luminal B, HER2 negative. In 2023, only three out of 577 treated patients sought fertility counselling, facing barriers like financial issues and late diagnoses that complicate preservation efforts.
