The 14th Annual Symposium on Global Cancer Research (ASGCR2026) will be held virtually September 15-17, 2026.
The symposium will feature presentations on cancer research and control programs that address the global burden of cancer.
The theme of this year’s ASGCR is “From Local Discovery to Global Impact.”
The ASGCR 2026 steering committee is pleased to announce we have officially launched the call for proposals for scientific sessions and abstracts.
The organisers invite submissions from all persons wishing to present original research, projects, or programs on topics related to global cancer research and control. Areas of interest include research, research training, and programme implementation and evaluation, with a focus primarily on low-resource settings.
Accepted abstracts will be selected for poster or oral presentations and published in ASCO’s JCO Global Oncology.
In addition, the organisers are now accepting nominations for the 2026 Rachel Pearline Award.
The recipient of the award will be invited to give a keynote address. Nomination submission guidelines and additional information can be found on the website.
The deadline to submit proposals for sessions, abstracts, and Pearline award nominations is May 8, 2026.
