Target audience
These training modules have been designed for cancer registry staff, eg. coders, database managers, and analysts.
Learning objectives
By the end of this module, you should:
1) Know the general principles for coding stage and the classifications used.
2) Understand the structure and the rules of the TNM classification and the Toronto guidelines.
3) Be able to apply these rules for coding the stage of a cancer case
IT Requirements
This module requires the learner to have a good, stable internet connection and can run on Internet Explorer 7 and above, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera on either Windows or MacOS. Flash Add-on is also required to run this module.
